How far in advance should we book Aaron?
Aaron’s calendar typically books 6–12 months out for keynotes, especially for high-demand seasons like Q1 (sales kickoffs), spring (commencement), and fall (conferences). That said, last-minute openings happen — if your event is on a tighter timeline, reach out anyway. We’ll always tell you straight whether availability works.
Does Aaron customize his keynotes for our specifc audience?
Always. Every keynote includes a discovery conversation where Aaron learns about your audience, your industry, your event theme, and what success looks like for you. He’ll tailor stories, examples, and takeaways to make sure the message lands the way you need it to. No two keynotes are identical.
What audience sizes does Aaron speak to?
Aaron has spoken to groups of 50 in intimate leadership retreats and to arenas of 10,000+ at student conferences and corporate events. He brings the same energy to every room. The audience size is yours to plan — Aaron’s job is to fill it with the right message.
Does Aaron speak virtually, or only in person?
Both. Aaron delivers in-person keynotes nationwide and offers virtual keynotes for hybrid events, internal team meetings, and remote-first organizations. Virtual sessions include the same level of customization and energy — just delivered through your platform of choice.
What are Aaron's AV requirements?
The short version: a wireless lavalier or headset mic, confidence monitor, and the ability to advance his own slides. He’s flexible on stage setup and works with your production team to make it seamless. Full AV requirements are in the Bio & AV document above.
Does Aaron offer workshops or extended sessions beyond the keynote?
Yes. Beyond his signature keynotes, Aaron offers half-day workshops, breakout sessions, executive coaching, and team training programs through Attitude University™. If you’re looking for more than a one-and-done keynote, ask about his extended engagement options.
What if our event date changes or we need to reschedule?
Life happens — and we get it. Aaron’s contract includes flexible rescheduling terms for date changes made within reasonable notice. We’d rather move your event than lose the chance to be part of it.
Can Aaron sign books at our event?
Absolutely. Aaron loves connecting with audiences after the keynote, and book signings are one of the best ways to do that. Bulk book orders and on-site signings can be arranged — just let us know in advance so we can coordinate with your venue.
